Notes:
-In Payday 2 its marked as "Aylum" I need to fix that
-The perk deck is mixture of many different things, and I know that it sometimes gives you 3 card when you ace one, I need to fix that as well.
-Offically, The best way to describe this perk deck is a mixture Maniac, Sociopath.
-The even number cards are automatically unlocked, as requested by my friend whom I made this for.
