Stacking Forced Loud Modifier[堆叠强制调节器](Crime Spree)

防止因挑战分数过高导致的崩溃
Prevent crash in crime spree with huge score.
挑战分数大于等于480分时将在本地生成一个不会导致卡顿的调节器列表
It will create a non-crash modifiers list when crime spree level >= 480.
只会显示并生效一个特殊化的强制调节器
Only active one special forced modifier.
可能存在潜在性的bug与崩溃要素
maybe potential bug or crash.
