This is my port of Russell from Half-Life: Alyx! Thank you Tenshi!

The character shown in the mod was ported within possibilities of character model modding in diesel engine!

It is recommended to set the textures to medium rather than high.

Installation: Drag the folder from the archive to your mod_overrides folder, example:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\PAYDAY 2\assets\mod_overrides

Requirements for this mod in order to work properly:

Legendary Armour Skins

You'll find Russell in the outfits tab inside your inventory.
Masks are disabled.
