Ideas on how you could change some of the already existing items:
Shaped Glass: How about it instead gives +100% damage and takes away 50% of your heart containers, rounded up (if you have 5 containers, it takes away 3). It should also now be changed to B tier quality.
It should also give a LOT less Curse. How does 4 or 6 Curse sound, combined with my proposed changes? Or even 0 Curse now that the item takes away 50% of your hp.
Note: If the owner is the Robot or a custom character based on the Robot (meaning he uses armor instead of hearts) it instead takes away 50% of your armor pieces.
(The Robot's wiki page: https://enterthegungeon.gamepedia.com/The_Robot)
Wax Bird: Now gives +30% dodgeroll distance, a smaller speed boost (something like +150% or +100%) and maybe change it to C tier quality.
Stealthkit: If it does not already have one, perhaps you should give it a cooldown so it cannot triger all the time. Invisibility should also maybe last 3 seconds, and cooldown could be something like 10 seconds perhaps?
Frail Crown: When losing casings, do you lose ALL your casings, or only ones granted by the crown? If you were to lose ALL your casings, perhaps it should instead take away a portion of all your casings (maybe 50%?) when you take damage.
If you only lose the extra casings granted by the crown, it's fine as it is.
Will the Wisp: If it does not grant passive fire protection, it should instead spawn the goop underneath the enemy you just killed to trigger it. Fire is one of the most deadly forces in all of the Gungeon, and can sometimes kill the player in one go.
If you were to make the item also grant you fire protection, it can stay as it is.
Halcyion Seed: Perhaps there is no need to give the player +2 Curse for having the Seed? Aquiring the full Gunknight armor and transforming into Cormorant already gives you +3 Curse. Especially since practically all your heart containers are now taken away and replaced by just a few pieces of armor. Armor is, surprisingly, not very durable at all. If anything, I'd like if the item gives you an EXTRA 2 armor pieces.
Also, it should detect if the player already has collected some of the Gunknight set pieces, and only give the ones that they are missing.
(Cormorant wiki page: https://enterthegungeon.gamepedia.com/Cormorant)
Beserker Shoulderguard: With an attack speed bonus of +300% you'd be near unstoppable, even against bosses or Jammed enemies. It hugely outclasses very nearly every other item in the game, even when compared to other S quality items.
Either make it give you smaller bonuses per kill to take longer to stack up (+25% per kill?), or make the max bonus cap less (+200%?).
Another alternative (I actually like this one better) could be to make the bonus attack speed ALSO reset when you've completed a room. So next room you have to start from scratch. If you make the bonus reset at the end of the room, its stats can maybe stay the same as it is right now.
