The Capitalist joins the Shootout!
Once upon a time, a man wished to become the richest person in the world through the sweat, tears and blood of his own hard working, low paid employees, in order to transform it all into the biggest personal reservoir of pure gold!
Sadly, his dream was cut short, as he was prosecuted (and chased) out of his home planet, along with as much gold and money he could carry, in his private space ship, out into SPACE!
And after decades of being infused with his gold by Space Radiation, our Hero (?) reached the mysterious planet where The Gungeon resides, adn with the promise of reaching untold treasures adn righting what went wrong, The Capitalist ventures onward...
...But what makes this unfortunate man so special?
Boss Damage: 2 ("Bosses, CEOs, presidents, he's dealt with em all!")
Money Drop Multiplier: 5 ("You break my bullets, you pay for em!")
Roll Damage: 3 ("Fitcross finally paid off! That and the helmet")
Thrown Gun Dmg: 2 (Technincally a bonus)
A butt load of items: Hot dang
...Too good to be true? You're right!
Damage: 0.15 (Has not done an honest minute of work in his life)
Ammo Capacity: 0.01 (Guns are hard to reload, ok?)
Price multiplier: 3 (Don't complain, you have the money)

To-Do:
- Punch-Out sprites
- Co-op sprite maybe?
- Finding a way to give Loot Bags effects without the item itself, like how the Ninja has a Lord of the Pit effect, plus its ugly, and getting the payday troup is way too easy
- The whole H credits from the start thing. Can't give em casings from the start and cant code for s#!t. Find a workaround?
- Either way, if you spam this character for 3 credits a pop, then I'm calling you out as a coward, a cheater and a fool.
