An utility used to remove or add those ridicolous amounts of Continental Coins that you can get while playing on very high, cheated crime sprees.
The default number of coins to be removed is 10000, it can be changed in the lua file - read it before you mess something up
While using it you can encounter the negative number of coins (only if you delete more than you have), if you do, then simply restart the game - it will go back to 0.
Usage: Just set a keybind and use it, then check your balance - it should be changed, if it isn't then click that button more or use/set a different value in the lua file.
