Yakuza is, understandably, one of the shit perks exist in PAYDAY 2. the armor regen buff isn't going to cut it and the movement speed buff is only ever so useful in stealth. even hitman has its forced armor regen to be viable on DW. so, let's change that.
the tweak that I've made, are as follows;
on the 9th perk, Oni Irezumi, now Htman's 1.5 second forced armor regen is applied to Yakuza as well.
this makes it Yakuza, with slight movement speed buff and not that much armor regen so you still die in gunfight, to a viable perk for running and gunning and for slight armor tanking.
