Unpack into mods/Menu Backgrounds/Assets/

Final folder structure should look something like "D:\ProgramFiles\Steam\steamapps\common\PAYDAY 2\mods\Menu Backgrounds\Assets\Hell On Earth"

For the full DOOM experience I would recommend using
Legendary Armour Skins by "Cpone" together with the DOOM Slayer 1.1 REMAKE by "Matthelzor"
And Super Shotgun by ">:3"
Though that is an add-on weapon and requires multiple other mods. It definetly enhances the overall immersiveness tho.

If I can ever be bothered I might add more scenes from different areas of the game for different menus.
