This is my 2nd rebalance mod. This time aiming to rebalance the 1st weapon anyone has ever used (apart from the Chimano 88) to make it more usable in the early stages of the game.

Damage 42 > 66
Accuracy 36 > 68
Stability 76 > 52
Concealment 21 > 23
Threat 14 > unchanged
