Fixed the stupid belt never depleted (because Overkill didn't give a shit with Crimefest 2015 at the first place anyway)

Known issue

• The belt not depleted at the correct amount of ammo, because Overkill thought it's a nice idea to make 2 bullets per object instead of 1.
