After being so hyped for this new heist, I finally bought and my dissapointment was unmeasurable - such a huge bank with an outstanding vault is almost completely empty ! So without wasting any time, I got into the editor and bam - here it is, The True Aspect of San Martin Bank.
My main goal was -obviously- to increase the amount of various loot in a immersive way, so it wouldn't break the overall feeling of this heist.
Countless lootable objects have been added, from gold and cash to diamonds and paintings. I didn't forget about pickables, so expect a lot of money bundles, tiny diamonds etc. The bank has recieved a "visual" update - by that I mean more a other variations of ATM around the place. The loot is scattered around the bank, so search the entire place.
Except for the whole "more loot" thing, i have cleaned the map out of random trash, that was taking away the fps.
During the testing, I didn't encounter any bugs or problems etc. but if you find something then let me know, i'll fix it right away.
IMPORTANT
I will only update the optimized version to preserve fps while more things will be added, take the normal version as a "legacy build" or beta or source or whatever. So don't normal one unless you're going to work on it in the editor.
What is that optimized version ? It's basically the same as normal version but this one has many performance improvements :
- Removed that ridicolous amount of confetti from the map - level will load faster, have more fps and will be less likely to crash because of renderer error etc. (this took me almost a hour to clean that mess !)
- Removed a lot of objects from LOD - many cars, bins, planters etc have been deleted - level will load faster, have more fps and will be less likely to crash because of renderer error
- Removed a lot of static shadows - mostly from under the cars and planters - more fps
- Decreased amount of plants and pots - more fps and more stable game
- Miscellaneous optimalization fixes
- Loot bag secured limit is gone, take as much as you can
- Personally, I use that version
Installation :
- Open the zip file
- Drag and drop the folder in the maps in your Payday 2 directory
- (optional) I recommend using my loot value changer mod https://modworkshop.net/mod/27005 but it's not neccessary
- Play
- Profit

What's new ? (ONLY OPTIMIZED VERSION)
- Basically I have fulfilled @No U Who Juul suggestions/wishes :
- Bus next to the bank is now filled with terrorist stuff and equipment (kinda similiar to Rats day 3 bus)
- More loose loot is scattered around the actual place
- Server towers along with stealable servers have been added to 2 rooms
- THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE - I have fixed the 20 bag limit, now you can secure everything and get paid for it, instead of moving bags for no real purpose like in previous version.
