With More Inventory Slots mod, if you have the amount of rows and columns set high enough (somewhere above 6) the text starts being cutoff at the bottom and it fills most of the slot. This is a bit of an aesthetic change to aleviate that. The plus sign fits neatly in the middle.
There's also a bracketless version.
Probably incompatible with other localization mods, so don't @ me if you have one.
