Halves the texture resolution on Tailor Pack 2 outfits (+Pool Repair suit & San Martin Bank's Mariachi Outfit) from 4k res to 2k. As well as a bunch of other optimisations and duplicate file cleanup. Realistically you can't even notice a quality drop.
On average cuts each filesize from 22mb to 2mb or less.
Extract to mod_overrides. Not compatiable with anything that modifies the textures of Tailor Pack 2 outfits, or the Mariachi outfit (Including the San Martin Mariachi civillians. They're wearing player outfits too.)
