After doing Sanscario well i wanted to update gambler and its horrible cooldown problem
the fixes

Medical Supplies: Healing 4~8, cooldown .25

Ammo Give Out: 20% of your ammo pickup, cooldown: 0.5

More Healing 1/2: increase 1st perk effect by 4
