AK Various Attachment

Adds more part customization for the AK platform gun
This ranges from AK (AK-74); AK.762 (AKM); Izhma 12G (Saiga); AK17; Krinkov (AKMSU); Tatonka (PP-Bizon)

1 barrel option
1 new handguard (unique for both primary AK and secondary AK)
1 new grip
1 new stock (unique for both primary AK and secondary AK)

Payday 2 skin support: basic texture and code

Known Issues:

Valet handguard had slight clipping with the sight block. Will be fixed on a later update as it's not very obvious during gameplay
Valet handguard and Pipe stock might have weird weapon skin application, due to temporary skin texture
Gecko barrel might have slight misalignment with the AK iron sight. Use optic sight. ~~dont gimp yourself with ironsight xd~~
