This mod adds the current production version of SV-98 as the standalone bolt-action rifle. Since there is already one SV-98 mod by >:3. I decided to mostly reuse the stats of his rifle, only slightly buffing the stability and base concealment. As the result, it became yet another counterpart to vanilla Rattlesnake with an option to have a slightly higher RoF.

Notes, issues:

• Player character doesn't properly hold the rifle. Well... It isn't really noticeable unless you are inspecting the weapon so please, forget about the existence of the inspection button
