Huge, HUGE thanks to @VxWolf#0390 and @Matthelzor#8932 for greatly helping me figuring out how to properly change this stuff and providing me with the tools necessary. This would not have happened if not for their time and attention.
This replaces the Rattlesnake's wimpy firing sounds with the ones from the Deus Ex Human Revolution, unsuppressed replaced with the normal sniper rifle and the suppressed sound with the silenced sniper rifle's (availible in preorder only) sound.
One known issue is that the unsuppressed firing sound is a bit quiet - that's nothing I can do anything about, I've already boosted it as far as I could in audacity without turning it into earrape. It's audible though, so it's all g.
