[Add-On Skin] ACR-C | Retro by soosh.exe - PAYDAY 2 Mods

Game Boy themed skin for the ACR-C Carbine.
Still kind of wip, I need some feedback because I'm not happy with how it looks atm. Also Gadgets and Scopes need some more work.

Requires BreadLib and Remington ACR-C
