Important: Accepting auto update will reset set.lua

Allow you to precisely set FOV and sensitivity to an exact vertical FOV and cm/360

put "SetFovAndSensitivity" folder into the \PAYDAY 2\mods\ folder

edit set.lua with notepad++ or similar

change top 3 values according to your desired settings. If you don't know your FOV in vertical then use an online converter. CS:GO is 73.74, Overwatch 70.5328

In-game you need to set a mod hotkey in BLT's menus to run the script. Once in a heist press the set key. You don't need the mod after this step.
