Commissioner Garrett commissioned some new uniforms to better fit the FBI's profile as a professional agency. The new uniform also inspired the Washington Metropolitan Police and later, GenSec FTSU to do the same.
Now the SWAT have "professional" new uniforms, but the same probably can't be said for their field practical. Oh well.
Overhauls the uniforms of the SWAT, FBI and GenSec. The textures are a mix between real-life, in-universe, older textures and depiction in other media.

Yellow-tinted goggles, black ski masks
SWAT
Overall darkened the body, with a 2-tone blue uniform and fabric gloves. SWAT Heavy and Shield wears a Hi-Vis green armband. Helmet is draped in fabric as depicted in the Hoxton Breakout trailer.
SWAT Heavy
Given a completely unique armour texture to better distinct him as a heavy unit.
FBI SWAT
Generally made more colourful, while keeping to their vanilla profile of being highly distinctive. The uniform consists of three tone green, black and khaki and black leather gloves. Helmet is olive green to match their new armour texture. Pre-U183 model, Shotgunner and Shield wears yellow armbands.
FBI Heavy
Based on the GenSec MFR texture as a base, retextured to match his light variant as much as possible.
GenSec Elite Responder
Uniform is totally overhauled, the digital camouflage has been changed to that of the skulldozer's and wears desert tan armour and accessories. Wears grey gloves. Pre-U183 model, Shotgunner and Shield wears a bright red armband.
GenSec Heavy
Restored their old pre-U183 textures, edited to match their light variant while keeping their armour plating white. Added paddings.

Known issues
- Mod conflicts with other mods that alters Cloaker and Taser textures due to the FBI Heavy textures being shared with the Cloaker and Taser's texture.
