The Butcher: I have recently expanded my market to the Mediterranean. Nothing out of the ordinary, just business. But my newly expanded market has bought me more than just profits and face. You see, among the Mediterranean is a small island nation known as Medici. There is an ongoing rebellion there to “overthrow dictator General Di Ravello”. Their politics matter little to me, for the rebellion has created a huge demand for weapons for both the rebels and the Medician government.

Except the rebels had something to offer me in return. Turns out that the rebel’s top agent recently raided a property belonging to an “eDEN Corporation”. They were developing superweapons before they went bankrupt many years ago! This peculiar assault rifle operates on a highly reactive rare earth mineral known as “Bavarium”. Any bullet fired by this firearm is supercharged by a Bavarium core and discharged as a molten projectile that burns right through flesh! Supposedly they were mass produced and later, following their bankruptcy, requisitioned by a PMC known as the “Black Hand”. And what I hear of the Black Hand makes Murkywater sound like a bunch of children with toy guns.

Not that I know if it’s true or not. Whatever it is, they were willing to sell these weapons to me after much negotiation (and resistance from the soon-to-be President of Medici). Enjoy this exquisite weapon. Maybe it will be for a just cause.

The Bavarium Splitter exposes regular ammunition to reactive 'Bavarium' (a mineral endemic to the island of Medici) inside of its splitting chamber, causing a violent explosion of molten metal. An extremely lethal close-to-mid-range weapon, it lacks accuracy on longer distances.
