This mod will make the game load the steam inventory once, instead of everytime you switch menus (from inventory to main menu, inventory to skills ect)
That means, it will fix the stuttering when you change menus if you have a lot of skins.

It will update when you boot up the game, reload the lua scripts, or open the steam inventory itself only. Opening safes works fine.
