this is merely just a fix for it, since he/she has apparently left payday 2 modding long ago and his mod broke along the way.

TO INSTALL: drop the "Fixed_Captain_America" folder inside your "mod_overrides" folder located at steam/steamapps/common/payday 2/assets/mod_overrides.
