Changes the difficulty balance to be more building up instead of having the same stats on Mayhem, Death Wish and Death Sentence
Features:
Mission pay changes (I didn't change XP)
Small loot is scaled on Mayhem and Death Wish and will be lower in value in comparison to Death Sentence
Certain stats, for example health recovery speed and detection stats have been adjusted so that they gradually increase between Overkill and Death Sentence
