"weapons & enemies rebalance thing" (idk how to name it)
Basically it's just "how I want to play the game, but you can try it too if you want". A bunch of stuff inspired by DMCWO like toned down attachments or conversion kits.
I tried to add more depth to the balance as well as making it easier to understand what each weapon category is supposed to do. ARs are all-rounders with a high DPS and a strong emphasis on aiming down sights, sniper rifles are better for staying in one spot with a low pickup rate but high ammo capacity, pistols are somewhat weak in combat but excellent when you need to get out of a sticky situation with high mobility and pickup rate, ect.
This is balanced around Deathwish (Mayhem a little, Overkill a little less). I don't care about Death Sentence but I still bothered to give it DW's health values.
Requires SuperBLT, Beardlib, WeaponLib and Custom Weapon Animations Fixes.
Drop the folder into mod_overrides.
Neat stuff :
- Changed every single weapon and attachment. (wowee that's almost the point of a rebalance mod)
- Along with the standard damage/accuracy/stability/yada yada I also reworked weapons' hidden kick and spread values. This basically means that even if 2 rifles have the same accuracy or stability, they may still perform differently. Those are affected by weapon category, damage, front grips and whether the weapon is a bullpup or not.
- Enemy HP and weapon damage have been lowered to make the damage breakpoints more intuitive. Some enemies have been hit harder than others (heavy swat units for instance) to "allow greater weapon diversity". (don't kill me i'm just trying to make 9mm guns not garbage)
- Every weapon from a category and damage tier have the same stats but arranged differently. Weapon mods also rearrange these stats further instead of being straight upgrades.
- Aiming down sights gives a 50% accuracy bonus, 15% if you're using an LMG, akimbo weapon, shotgun or minigun.
- Some specials have been nerfed to be less annoying on DW, mostly by adding damage falloff and doing something about those damn medics healing each other. Also the minigunner is now an actual threat instead of a 3000kg cinder block on legs.
- Melee weapons are a bit better now thanks to this hidden trick called increasing the fucking damage output. I'll do a full melee overhaul eventually, so enjoy your 210 damage katanas while you can.
- A bunch of QoL stuff regarding timers. This includes more accurate weapon reloads and more lenient melee/weapon/throwable equip and unequip timers.
- Changed some primary weapons to secondary and vice-versa.
- Nerfed some weapon-related skills because I might as well.
- Has support for over 100 custom weapons and attachments. Oh btw don't try using incompatible ones because not only will you not hit anything past 5 meters but you'll also hit the sky after a few shots.
- Also compatible with Vehrimon's Skilltree Rework because it's pretty neat.Support has been removed since the mod is broken and won't receive any more updates. - Also compatible with SSO because it's pretty neat.
- Also also compatible with New Coppers because it's also pretty neat.
- One of those "real weapon names" replacement things, but shorter.
- Another weapon renaming option for people who find real names boring. Still WIP.
- Weapon descriptions, mostly from Madness Project Nexus. Not every weapon has them though because there are just too many of them.
- A bunch of this crap can also be toggled off if that's your thing.
- Way too much for me to put everything here. There's a text file in the download if you wanna know more.

- Sniper Scope Concealment Standardization (it's already in the mod, also it'll probably break stuff)
- Other weapon rebalances, obviously.
- Improved Weapon Modifications and Extra Attachment Compilation will load, but I'd recommend avoiding using them as they will conflict with quite a few of my changes.
Known issues :
- Weapons that have been changed to secondary will not be removed from your primary inventory (and vice-versa). From what I've seen, attempting to use them in a heist will crash your game.
- The reload stat is inaccurate for some weapons because OVERKILL. Check the .ods file if you want a closer approximation of how long the full reloads are, or use More Weapons Stats if you don't care about the weapon descriptions.
- Weapons mods that alter the kick values of a weapon (front grips and some conversion kits) may cause More Weapon Stats to display the wrong values for weapons without the mods attached. It has no effect on gameplay as far as my testing went.
- The max ammo boost doesn't work and I can't be bothered to fix it right now.
- I can't modifiy some custom melee weapons for some reason.
