Adds the very aesthetic pool repair outfit from the original PD:TH into the Payday 2 remake of Counterfeit. Unfortunately the model tool hates PD:TH models so I couldn't make a female or thicc variant. There is also a First Person model but it's pretty crappy if anyone wants to take a shot at a better one be my guest.
