Makes the visor not pulse anymore, and removes the glowing tallymarks all over the helmet.

Extract to mod_overrides.

If you want the tallymarks back, delete the file 'material_vlad_armour_glow_il' inside the folders.
Don't delete 'material_sweep_il' or the visor will break.
