Ladder Improvements (aka "I Hate Ladders")

This one is for all of you who have lost Shadow Raid more times than you can count- not to guards, cameras, or carelessly thrown bags, but to those
GODDAMN. $%@#&!*. LADDERS.

This mod improves how ladders handle, making them much more intuitive, and adds two different ways to interact with ladders, greatly reducing the likelihood that you'll die of a lightly sprained ankle on any given ladder-related heist.

Features:

Holding [JUMP] will cause you to let go of the ladder, and will prevent you from grabbing the ladder. This uses your bound [JUMP] key. Releasing [JUMP] while in midair will allow you to automatically grab onto the ladder again. You must be looking at the ladder to grab the ladder.
While you are not holding [JUMP], you will automatically grab onto any ladders that are in front of you. You must be looking at the ladder for this to occur.
Holding [DUCK] will cause you to rapidly slide down the ladder, allowing you to safely reach the bottom without taking fall damage. This uses your bound [DUCK] key. Releasing [DUCK] will immediately halt your slide without incurring fall damage.
Grabbing onto a ladder after falling any distance will no longer incur fall damage.
You can no longer jump while on ladders, because realism.
