Obviously it brings back Old Heisters Models from PRE-102 update which changed our lovely heisters models and gave them new suits, and face changes.
However, we had mod like this, but now it's already dead and was really buggy, it can not be called anything. :(

Oh baby, compatiblity with Old Suits Retextures too? - yeah, retextures for sleeves works too, but need's renaming.
It's replaces almost all heisters that was in 101 update. Heisters from 101 update got my fix for gloves, that don't broke gloves textures for Ethan, Hila.
If you don't like Old Textures of face, you feel free to delete it but I don't know if there is some changes in them. It contains in units/payday2/characters/shared_textures.
Be aware, some masks can clip with this mod, more clipping I found in Dallas, some glasses and balaclavas can clip. It's all because after the update 102 new masks came out, and Dallas, and other heisters had another model of the head.
Also there can be animation bugs, most likely with arms rotating. Because again, after 102 update heisters had more complatiblity with new animations, but still animations work and look good.
Don't worry, this is not the most problematic.
How to install? Simple, you can select variations which you prefer, you can select non-BLT version and BLT version, when you selected what you want, put downloaded folder in mod_overrides which is located in assets folder, if you don't have it - create.
