DELETE OLD VERSIONS OF THE MOD WHEN UPDATING

Fun voiceline facts:
The voices intended for SWAT teams "lxd" go unused for everyone except the zeal team in vanilla
The pain and death line calls are swapped for non static "lxn" voiced cops because ??? 
Female cops only have pain lines which are probably meant to be death lines
Voicetset "l2d" one of the radio static voices has no death lines but does have pain lines
Voiceset "l3d" has no burndeath or burnhurt lines
There are a huge amount of unused voice calls including cops commenting on player equipment and mentioning if theyve disabled a drill (or other equipment)
There are two completely unused voicesets in the vanilla game "l5d" and "l5n", "l5d" is a fully completed voiceset while "l5n" only has a few calls

This mod is best used with:
Restoration Mod
Hyper Heisting
Crackdown
because they actually make the enemies use more than two line calls

This mod make the cops audible and replaces over 6000 voicelines if all files are used.
