This "rework" edit attempts to fix up as much of the script as possible, gets rid of swat turrets entirely (having to babysit an escort past these things' sights is never fun) adds back basically all (except for one at the very beginning, which was a random chance between 2 cloaker and 2 heavy swats climbing over the brick wall to your right on the way to bruce's crashed car or 3 heavy swats climbing the fence to the left, by the small "parking lot" on your way to bruce's crashed car. neither of these spawns really added anything and basically everyone would just run past them.) of the missing scripted spawns and adds new ones for mayhem up to death sentence. spawns are re-adjusted so they spawn from swat vans instead of just popping in out of thin air, and that they spawn ahead of you instead of nearby you on the trek to inkwell industrial and to the top of armitage avenue. the envrionment is also changed to be closer to PD:TH's, but you can't accurately get a 1:1 version of PD:TH environments with PD2's shaders.
How to install: drop the folder inside the zip folder into PAYDAY 2/maps. if it doesn't exist. create it.
If you have v1.7c or earlier: delete the "street_fuck" folder in your PAYDAY 2/maps folder and put "heat_street" folder from inside the zip folder in PAYDAY 2/maps.
