I don't actually recommend using this mod, it was made as a meme

Changes all generic gun sound effects to Neptune saying "nep". What are generic sounds? Anything thats used by more than one specific thing. So mostly police gunshots, bullet ricochets, bullet flyby's, some reloads and also some explosions. Some neps might sound weird as the game uses post effects in order to either diversify sounds or make them more real.

It doesn't change player weapon gunshot sounds, unfortunately. If I can figure out what the sound ID's are I will change them as well.
