"No Detection Meter" only removes the detection meter ingame, tested withouth mods and with WolfHud, doesn't work for HUDs that use a custom meter, if you want it deleted in such a mod send me a PM.
"No Detection Signs" also removes the exclamation marks and signs that a civilian is calling the police as an extra challenge to increase difficulty and realism
Still displays other signs of detection (like %) in custom HUDs (if you don't have/can't use audio hardware I don't recommend this)
