Changes a few things in Dr_Newbie's Smoke Bomb mod

Changes:

1. Icon

2. Description

3. Model (before — concussion, after — incendiary (actually doesn't matter but i think M14 is more similar with M18 grenade than M84 grenade))

Smoke Bomb is required.

P.s.
Just drop that mod with replacement into the "Sicario Smoke Bomb" folder.
