Adds in custom attachment that will turn Eagle Heavy Rifle to its DMR Variant
Stat will be similar to other AR that have DMR attachment
Also added custom firing sound when the DMR body is installed.

I tried to closely match the custom model texture with >:3 SCAR Tan mod.
It comes off kinda weird.. If you can do retexture better, hit me up
