Removes sniper scope when buying a new sniper

only applies to snipers you just bought, doesnt update the older ones i dont think
safe to delete the mod if you dont want it anymore, bought snipers will still have no scope, can add scope.

doesn't require Beardlib, install in \PAYDAY 2\mods folder
