Dr_newbie's fake safes mod reminded me that I had a similar one done quite a while ago, but I never got to upload it here.
Mainly just a rewrite from old modding format to BLT.
Press "Safe Simulator" button in the main menu to access list of safes to open.
I tried to replicate original rarity chances, but I'm not sure if they are correct.
Note: The Bohdi, John wick, Jimmy and scarface safes crash the game if you try do it
