First of all, this is an addon to this mod. YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED TO DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL IT FIRST.
Then put it into /mods. If it didn't ask you to merge, it ain't gonna work, you screwed up. After it does happen to work, set it to "ME3" in mod_options as shown on one of the screenshots and you should be good to go.
