Fire Rate Multiplier

Mod was replaced by WeaponLib.

This mod adds DMCWO's fire rate multiplier allowing to change weapon fire rate with attachments.
Note. This mod adds only said function to the game and do not alter any attachments stats as it intended to be used by custom attachment and weapons.

Implementing multiplier to attachments:

Via weaponfactorytweakdata hook:

self.parts.ID_OF_ATTACHMENT.custom_stats = {
	rof_mult = 1.0
}

If attachment already has custom_stats table:

self.parts.ID_OF_ATTACHMENT.custom_stats.rof_mult = 1.0

BeardLib's XML:

AK-12 - 650 RPM
