Scather, Ultra Melee Deck

Scather
Scather is a melee deck that goes a few steps beyond any current melee deck. This deck has supreme damage resistance when within slapping distance of an enemy, and borrows Stoic's armor-to-health trick. You won't be slapping the enemy, however. This deck is focused on using sharp instruments to bring the pain, gaining a significant 2x damage multiplier for edged weapons. As the Scather is shredding enemies, he will be healing any lost health. The Scather gains health simply from an enemy dying, no matter who kills it! In addition to this, the Scather also has a heal on melee kill ability borrowed from Sociopath. Due to this deck being very powerful, you'll find that the perk costs within are quite high, being four times the norm.
In addition to this deck, Biker and Sociopath both got a little boost. Biker's heal now heals 25 instead of the measly 5 from before, and can do it 50% more per period. The Sociopath enjoys a doubled heal on kill effect.
To use this perk deck, you'll need to have BLT installed. Once you have BLT installed, simply unzip this file and drop it in the "mods" folder.
