In this version, for testing, each perk is free! feel free to let me know what you think about this mod!

Perk 1: The Baba Yaga
Decreases health by 50%, but increases armor by 100%. Fair trade off, as long as you keep your vest on.
Perk 3: Double Pistols
Increases Akimbo ammo capacity by 25%, and increases armor regeneration by 25%. Always carry a spare vest.
Perk 5: Elusive
Increases dodge with B. Vests by 25%. Keeping up movement is key.
Perk 7: Keep Killing 
When your armor breaks, you get 2 seconds of invincibility, and each kill you make speeds up armor regeneration.
Perk 9: Stay Low
+25 Shout range, +20 Lockpick speed, -20 Target with crouch, +10 speed when crouched. While crouched, you regenerate armor faster. No one said an Assassin had to be loud.
