A simply skin replacement that replaces the Mercenaries with Russian OMON agents.

Notes:

• Does not replace the Gensec level troops (yet)

• Does not replace the Medic as Overkill never gave him his own Mercenary variant

• Some of the badges on characters' shoulders don't have the "OMOH" text, this is because Overkill mirrored the texture so the text would be mirrored too
