Changes
-Made the Blue Van Skin White, (Couldn't find the white van skin in the base game so i made my own white van)
-Custom PEDO License plate
-Painted Sign "Free Candy"

Future Plans
-Add Rust and scratches
-Add kid hand prints in the back
-Make it look like low rent
-Find a way to fix the mirrored side of the Free candy sign
