This mod swaps three security guard models (ene_security_1, ene_security_2, ene_security_3) with gangster models. There are 4 different folders in this file:
*Gangster Security (black): replaces guards with members of the Cobra street gang
*Gangster Security (Mexican): replaces guards with Mexican cartel members
*Gangster Security (mobster): replaces guards with the Hotline Miami mobsters
*Gangster Security: replaces guards with members from all three gangs

To install, simply extract one of the above folder into the mod_overrides folder.
