Buffs the Breaker12G's ammo.

Things I've done:
Increased total from 21 to 35
Decreased damage from 155 to 118
Increased ammo pickup rate from 0.4 and 0.735 to 0.3 and 0.78

Please tell me if the damage is too low or the total ammo/ammo pickup rate is too high.
