This is the HUD that I use, its not piled up with unnecessary information but at the same time tells you vital thing about what wave/state the assault is on now.

This mod is based entirely around Nepgearsy's HUD with a few texture changes from Touhou Crud as well as a fix for the health and armor circle. Its been modified based on my own personal preference.
