Adds the Franchi PA8 Short-barrel. Originally from Gunsmith Noobs Pump Action SPAS12 replacement now a standalone Shotgun!

Stuff:
-there is no unfolded stock for it yet.
-yes the spas 12 holds 8 shells but the game won't let me give the attachment +3 capacity >:(
-"uh this is just a short barrel spas and we already have one ingame" Is the ingame one pump action? no.
-the extended mag, flashlights and laser pointers aren't available for the PA8 barrel

! This gun supports custom attachments !
You only need Custom attachments for custom weapons and a supported custom attachment.

1. ...! This mod requires BeardLib !
   2. Simply put the Franchi PA8 folder in your mod_overrides folder

-currently the RIS rail is misplaced. Going to fix that in the future
