Adds in new ammunition type for Commando 101 Launcher.
Incendiary Rocket that will burn the target area for 10 seconds with burn damage up to 700 unit.

!This is more of a proof-of-a-concept mod, due to the impossibility of custom projectile!

Thanks a lot to Dr Newbie help, without him, this mod wouldn't be possible.
What the gif shown is what this mod could do with custom projectile possible, but its not
Unfortunately, custom projectile thats needed for this mod aren't possible, so the current downloadable version of this mod is a workaround that do work on online play.

- Using the custom incendiary rocket, your Commando 101 essentially fires out incendiary arbiter grenade. So no rocket projectile flying out.
