The exterminator is the room-clearer. They are the ones you call when you need to get rid of some unwanted thorns in your side, with the side-effect of sending a message writ in blood.
Exterminators are not quiet, but they are fast on their feet and in the enemy's face. This perk deck requires fast-thinking and a constant, heavy stream of kills to maintain viability. The minute your rampage ends, you are no more than a sitting duck, bound to go down within seconds. This is for those who, like me, believe that the game's Sociopath perk deck wasn't "Hotline Miami" enough, having you stomp around in bulking armor and tanking shots.
Version 2 (uses the new perk deck updates!)
Perk 1: Midnight Animal
Your Health is decreased by 50%, but you gain 35% Dodge Chance. Additionally, your Movement Speed is increased when your Health is low.
Perk 3: Down Under
Your armor will always regenerate after 1.5 seconds. Furthermore, every kill you make when your armor is depleted speeds up your Armor Regeneration even further.
Perk 5: Homicide
Every kill you or your crew makes gives you 5 Armor. This may only occur 10 times per 15 seconds, but this cooldown is reduced by 1 second for each 10% Health you have missing.
Perk 7: Hard News
When you successfully get shot, you gain +20% Dodge Chance until you perform a dodge. This may only trigger once every 4 seconds.
Perk 9: Final Cut
After you perform a melee kill, every consecutive melee hit deals x10 damage! In Addition, once per second, killing an enemy has a 75% chance of sending nearby enemies into a Panic.
For a more "authentic" Hotline Miami feel, mix this deck with Frenzy & Berserker. This effectively reduces the cooldown of "Homicide" to 10 times every 8 seconds!
Note that on Deathwish and One Down, one shot will be plenty enough to kill you in a single hit without your armor, so
make sure you pack those medic bags, Dallas.
Version 1 (outdated yet still works and available to download) Detailed Perks (note that the usual perks 2,4,6 and 8 are unchanged from other decks) Tier 1: Midnight Animal: Your maximum health is decreased by 50% but you gain 35% dodge chance. In addition, killing an enemy at close range has a 75% chance of making nearby enemies panic, a maximum of once per second. Finally, bladed weapons do 100% extra damage and blunt weapons do 200% extra damage.
