Changes the Gruber Kurz to have only 7 rounds in its magazine, just like it does in real life.  To compensate, damage has been boosted to 65, max ammo has been lowered to 70, ammo pickup rate changed to match the Crosskill's, and fire rate has been increased. Akimbo variant also affected.
